As you may know if you are used to this blog, I've already done conversions of two Daemon Primarchs, Magnus of the Thousand Sons and Angron from the World
Eaters. Next one I wanted was Fulgrim, but after many thoughts, I didn't find suitable parts to do him properly (I had already two other versions of him), so I had the idea to ask a professionnal
sculptor to do it for me. Browsing Coolminiornot.com, my eyes was caught by the works of Grytz, and it became rapidly evident that he was the right guy to do it.
So I asked him if he wanted to do the project, and he immediately agreed. We had a permanent and excellent contact, sometimes 2-3 times per day, Grytz really listened to my needs and
understood them perfectly. I wanted to start from the artwork in Horus Heresy Vol. 4 and adding more things like tubes, spikes, a whip and faces of captured souls like on Lucius the Eternal,
one scissor-like weapon (inspired from Alchemists of Dirz in Confrontation), a daemonette-like claw on the tail, etc... The model had to look like an ancient Space Marine, majestic, refined
but daemonic, deeply evil, and you can find all of this on the miniature.
And Grytz did make it 100 % like I wanted it, honestly I didn't expect such a beautiful work. It's really professionnal, better detailed than 99 % of GW products. I want to thank Grytz
for his dedication in doing his best to satisfy a truly exigent customer as I... Kudos man !!!
Finally the model arrived safely today and it's even more beautiful than on the pictures. Wings are from the Heresy Winged Fallen II. The miniature is 7 cm tall to the top of horns, with a
wingspan of 11 cm.

The hardest part now begins for me, as I have to paint it the best I can to do him justice...
