Another Lovecraft nightmare - custom Cthulhu on its way

As promised in my log, 2007 will see more nightmares from Lovecraftian myth, and we begin with a new custom Cthulhu. Again it will be a variation on the same theme, with its own personnality. The base will be the Water Dragon 4 from McFarlane, a very original dragon, perfectly suitable for a monstrous sea creature. I've added my own details, like additionnal double claws on feet, triple claws on arms, repositionned arms, triple clawed tail with mouth inside, additionnal spikes on head and arms, additionnal eyes and nostrils on head, and of course tentacle from Mutations Spawn, with added mouths/suckers on two of them. A very strange mouth wil complete the mini but I have to paint it before the assembly. The two wings will come  where the original arms of the dragon were, directed towards the back.

 All parts in green are my own sculpt. For the painting, which shall begin today, I'll keep a dark tone with jade highlights, orange wings with dots, and probably purple/pink tentacles. Claws in graveyard earth / Kommando kaki from GW.
